💕The Story Behind My Handmade Copper & Silver Couples Cuffs
Two different metals. Two individual hearts. One beautiful connection.
Love is a lot like creating jewelry. Two people come together, each with their own personality, strengths, experiences, and imperfections. They don't have to be exactly alike to create something extraordinary together.
On November 1, 2026, my husband Tim and I will celebrate 32 years of marriage.
And if there is one thing I've learned in those 32 years, it's that marriage isn't always easy. It takes love, patience, forgiveness, commitment, and the willingness to keep growing together.
After more than three decades, something beautiful happens. Two people who began their lives as individuals become intertwined.
That is what I see when I look at my Twisted Copper & Sterling Silver Couples Cuff Set.
Copper and sterling silver are two very different metals. Each has its own beauty, its own character, and its own strength.
But when I twist them together, they become one beautiful piece of jewelry. Neither metal loses its identity. Instead, they complement and strengthen the beauty of each other.
Two different metals. Two different people. One beautiful connection.
And perhaps that is what 32 years of marriage have taught me most: Love isn't about being exactly alike. It's about learning how to hold on to each other through all of life's twists and turns.
Two Metals. Two Hearts. One Love.
That is the inspiration behind my Handmade Twisted Copper & Silver Couples Cuff Set.
These are not my original design, just my version of it. I hope you will love them, as much as I enjoy making them for you.
❤️ Two Different Metals, One Beautiful Bond
Copper and silver are beautiful on their own, but when brought together, something special happens.
Copper brings its warm, earthy glow, while silver adds a bright, elegant contrast. Neither metal loses its identity. Instead, they complement each other.
Isn't that what a loving relationship is all about?
Two individuals, each unique, choosing to walk through life together.
The intertwining copper and silver in my couples cuffs symbolize that connection. Different personalities, different strengths, yet beautifully united.
🔨 Handmade With Love in the Montana Rocky Mountains
Every piece of jewelry I create begins with my own two hands.
In my Montana home studio, I personally shape, twist, and finish the copper and silver to create these matching couples cuffs.
There is no assembly line, no mass production, and no team of jewelry makers.
💪 The Strength Behind My Handmade Jewelry
At 60 years old, I still personally handcraft every piece of jewelry I sell. Metalsmithing is physically demanding work. Hammering, bending, shaping, and working with metal require strength, endurance, and steady hands.
That's one reason I go to the gym every day! I want to stay strong and healthy so I can continue doing what I love for many years to come.
My jewelry isn't made on an assembly line. It's made by a 60-year-old woman in her Montana studio who still loves getting her hands dirty, swinging a hammer, and turning raw metal into something beautiful.

One Designer. One Maker. Truly Handmade Jewelry.
Although the cuffs share the same design and metalwork, they are made in different sizes to accommodate two individual wrists.
And because each cuff is individually handcrafted, subtle differences make every piece special.
Just like the two people who wear them.
💑 Matching Without Being Identical
One of my favorite things about these couples cuffs is their simplicity.
They are designed to complement one another without being overly decorative or flashy.
Both feature the same elegant copper and silver design. The difference is their size, not their style.
Whether worn every day or saved for special occasions, they offer a meaningful way to celebrate a connection.
A small reminder that even when two people are apart, the bond they share remains.
🎁 A Meaningful Gift for Two
Jewelry can be more than an accessory. Sometimes it becomes a memory you can wear.
These handmade couples cuffs make thoughtful gifts for:
-
❤️ Anniversaries and wedding celebrations
-
💍 Husbands, wives, and lifelong partners
-
💕 Valentine's Day
-
🎄 Christmas and meaningful holidays
-
🥂 Celebrating years of love and companionship
-
🎁 Simply saying, "I'm glad we're together."
And because copper is traditionally associated with seventh wedding anniversaries, the combination of copper and silver can be especially meaningful for couples celebrating seven years of marriage.
✨ A Little Piece of My Story in Every Design
As a German-born jewelry designer living in Montana, I bring years of hands-on metalworking experience and a love for artistic expression into my jewelry.
I believe that handmade jewelry should have character, meaning, and a story worth sharing.
When you choose one of my designs, you're not purchasing something pulled from a factory shelf.
You're choosing a piece of wearable art, shaped by the hands of the person who designed it.
And knowing that two people might wear my matching cuffs as a symbol of their love makes creating them even more meaningful.
💖 Two Metals. Two Hearts. One Love.
Relationships aren't about becoming identical. They're about finding beauty in your differences and strength in your connection.
That's what I see when I bring copper and silver together.
Two beautiful metals, each with its own character, united in one timeless design.
Handmade in Montana. Created with intention. Meant to be shared.
