Alexa Martha Designs aka Lexi Butler Designs policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns must be made within 30 days, with proof of purchase in your name. Only sent goods back to us by Recorded Delivery, or a Certified Delivery method requiring our signature upon receipt of goods. All returns to be made to - Lexi Butler Designs Returns Department.Please contact us to arrange this if you wish to return goods to Lexi Butler Designs.Lexi Butler Designs only accept returns from the original buyer. We cannot accept goods back that have purposely damaged. If you have received the wrong goods, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products.In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will refund the value of the goods on receipt of them, we advise you to send them registered/recorded so that there is evidence of postage if the goods do not turn up. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice. Please note that all prices on our site are quoted in US Dollars. Reasonable allowance (re: delivery) should be made for orders made over the weekend and during National Holidays. We do not refund any postage costs
