Roll back the time to 2018, the year when I was still doing business as Lexi Butler Designs aka Alexa Martha Designs,  In 2018 I went last to Germany to see my Family. The year I was at 205 lb, the highest I've ever been, was because of depression. The year 2018, however, brought good things, too. I got an exercise plan called VShred, and before I knew it, I started eating right, exercising daily, and had lost 21 lbs just a couple of months later. That realization helped to cure me of the lingering depression I had since I returned from my 3 week vacation in Germany with my mom and sister and Bulgaria where my brother lives with his family.

In 2018 I also got featured by #WubbersUniversity, the one that makes my favorite looping pliers tools.  I remember how thrilled I was to be featured. Today, I found the exact feature when I was going through my older blog pages and clicked on the link, only to be surprised that the link still works and is as valid as 6 years ago.
