Alexa Martha Designs aka Lexi Butler Designs policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns must be made within 30 days, with proof of purchase in your name. Only sent goods back to us by Recorded Delivery, or a Certified Delivery method requiring our signature upon receipt of goods. All returns to be made to - Lexi Butler Designs Returns Department.Please contact us to arrange this if you wish to return goods to Lexi Butler Designs.Lexi Butler Designs only accept returns from the original buyer. We cannot accept goods back that have purposely damaged. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
