The 2-Become-1 Infinity Wire Wrapped Crystal Cuff Bracelet is a one-of-a-kind handmade artisan jewelry piece sculpted entirely by hand in our Montana studio. The centerpiece features three sculpted double infinity symbols, hand-sculpted from 16-gauge copper wire, which are wire-wrapped with sterling silver and fused with solder — revealing two hearts interlocked. The idea for the vibrant design came from my husband, Tim, who suggested choosing a three-color combination from the color wheel to really make it pop. I selected a trio of radiant colors in authentic 3mm Swarovski Crystals—fuchsia, yellow, and aqua blue ABx2. One heart is wire-wrapped in passionate fuchsia, the opposite in bright yellow. Where they overlap, they are bound together by radiant aqua blue—a beautiful representation of two distinct hearts truly becoming one.

RETURNS
Return and Refund Policy from Alexa Martha Designs policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

TO COMPLETE A RETURN
All returns must be made within 30 days, with proof of purchase in your name. Only sent goods back to us by Recorded Delivery, or a Certified Delivery method requiring our signature upon receipt of goods. All returns to be made to -Alexa Martha Designs Returns Department. Please contact us to arrange this if you wish to return goods to Alexa Martha Designs. We only accept returns from the original buyer. We cannot accept goods back that have purposely damaged. If you have received the wrong goods, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please contact us within 30 days of receipt. No Returns will be accepted without Prior Authorization. You, the original buyer must contact us, and we must agree to accept it. Returns arriving without prior Authorization will be refused.

PARTIAL REFUNDS ( IF APPLICABLE) 
There are certain situations where only partial  full refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable).
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will refund the value of the goods on receipt of them, we advise you to send them registered/recorded so that there is evidence of postage if the goods do not turn up. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice. Please note that all prices on our site are quoted in US Dollars. Reasonable allowance (re: delivery) should be made for orders made over the weekend and during National Holidays. We do not refund any postage costs

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit in form of a one-time store credit coupon
for the value of your return minus the cost of shipping. Once the returned item is received, a store credit coupon will be mailed to you.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Alexa Martha Designs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach
you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance with signature required.
