What? You lost the invoice?! Truth is we’d like you to return the invoice with your items so it can be correctly handled, but if you can't find it—call us and we’ll give you a quote for the exact price of the replacement.
Our rings are made to size. If your Alexa Martha Designs ring doesn't fit well, we will need to make a new ring from the model you ordered. I use mostly wire to create the rings. In this section Iam answering the most common ask customer questions about my jewelry and its quality.
NO, our jewelry does not contain any nickel whatsoever. I myself have a severe allergy against nickel. We also do not buy any jewelry components from China. In fact, many of my jewelry components are handmade by myself from copper or sterling silver.. I take great pride in my component work.
I use solid copper, 14k Gold Filled, Sterling Silver for metals and leather, wood, glasscork for natural materials
Precious and Semi precious Gems of all kind exept cut diamonds or circonia. These you won't find here.
Swarovski Elements do contain minute amounts of lead. However, while the brand is historically known for its impeccable “lead-crystal,” which, by European Union legal requirement, contained at least 24% lead oxide, in September of 2012, Swarovski adopted their patented Advanced Crystal Standard. This patented and innovative standard guarantees that all Swarovski Elements products bearing that label are considered lead-free crystal, containing no more than 0.009% lead oxide. Swarovski Crystals are not safe for children 12 and under due to accidental ingestion. Swarovski has since retired, but we are still selling them.
