COVID-19 Prevention Policy from Alexa Martha Designs
To all my concerned customers and potential customers
This business policy includes the measures I am actively taking to prevent the spread of coronavirus. I follow all these rules diligently, to sustain a healthy and safe workplace in this unique environment. It’s important for you to know and to be assured that I respond responsibly and transparently to these health precautions. I assure you I always treat your private health and personal data with high confidentiality and sensitivity. I am , Lexi Butler, the only person handling your order from start to finish. Lexi Butler Designs is homebased and operated from home.
The following precaution are taken by me daily to ensure my valued customers safety:
Disinfecting of the office/work bench and tools
Several good soapy handwashing while designing and making and prepping your order for shipping to rid myself of any personal fibers and germs and work suds like filings, sanding's etc.
Before your order is packed to be shipped it is carefully inspected one last time, I wash my hands again with disinfecting soap and than I wipe your jewelry pieces with a unused one time cloth, which gets discharged right after.
